Driver Guidelines

These Guidelines supplement the Driver Terms and Platform Agreement.

1. Eligibility

Maintain every license, permit, registration, inspection, insurance and authorization required in the applicable market.

Use only an approved account and vehicle.

Report expired, suspended and restricted documents promptly.

2. Accepted Trips

Accept only trips you can complete reliably.

Proceed promptly after acceptance.

Use the designated pickup location and Ridezee communications.

Do not force riders to cancel and move a Ridezee trip outside the platform.

3. Vehicles

The driver and vehicle must match the information shown to the rider.

Vehicles must remain clean, roadworthy and within lawful passenger and luggage limits.

4. Safe Driving

Drivers must:

• Follow traffic and transportation laws.
• Use lawful hands free device operation.
• Avoid handling the application while moving.
• Never drive while impaired and dangerously fatigued.
• Avoid speeding, aggressive driving and unauthorized detours.
• Stop operating when the vehicle becomes unsafe.

5. Professional Conduct

Drivers must avoid discrimination, harassment, threats, sexual conduct, violence, retaliation and unwanted post trip contact.

Rider information may be used only to complete and support the applicable trip.

6. Fares and Payments

Collect only fares, fees and payment methods authorized through Ridezee and applicable market rules.

Do not demand undisclosed charges and unauthorized gratuities.

7. Safety Audio Recording

• Use only the approved Ridezee feature.
• Confirm rider consent before activation.
• Notify every occupant.
• Do not begin when an adult passenger objects.
• Stop when consent is withdrawn.
• Keep the approved driver phone mounted.
• Do not hide recording indicators and bypass controls.
• Do not download, edit, play, publish, sell and privately retain recordings.
• Do not use separate personal recording equipment without Ridezee market approval and full legal compliance.
• Report incidents through Ridezee so relevant information can be preserved.

8. Incidents

Report accidents, injuries, threats, misconduct allegations, police interactions and material vehicle damage promptly.

Preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations.

9. Platform Integrity

Do not manipulate location, fares, accounts, ratings, trip status and payment records.

Violations may result in restricted access, suspension and termination.
