Ridezee expects riders, drivers, partners and Ridezee personnel to treat one another lawfully and respectfully.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Violence, threats and intimidation.
• Sexual misconduct and unwanted physical contact.
• Harassment, stalking and unwanted post trip communication.
• Discrimination based on a legally protected characteristic.
• Impaired driving.
• Dangerous interference with vehicle operation.
• Trafficking, smuggling and transportation of illegal goods.
• Fraudulent trips, payments, accounts and documents.
• Unauthorized use and publication of personal information.
• Covert and unlawful recording.
• Retaliation against a person who reports a concern and declines an optional recording.
• Damage, theft and intentional misuse of property.

In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Ridezee may investigate reported violations using trip data, communications, payment information, available recordings and other lawfully obtained evidence.

Serious allegations may result in temporary suspension while reviewed. Confirmed violations may result in restricted access and account termination, subject to applicable law.
